An important message to our clients

As concerns around COVID-19 grow, I’m writing to assure you that everyone here at Summit Innovations is working hard to ensure the health and well-being of our staff, our community, and our clients.

Summit is proud of the products and services it provides to its many clients in Australia and globally, and we are highly committed to maintaining that same level of service and responsiveness throughout this time.

We have taken steps to ensure that the Summit staff that can perform their function from home will do so, as well as enforced quarantine for staff returning from overseas.

We do, however, understand that our clients expect to be supported, have their equipment installed, repaired and maintained during this period. Staff that are required on site and in our offices will be following strict guidelines to ensure their health is protected as well as our customers’. This includes frequent hand washing and sanitising, disinfecting equipment and products being handled, as well as wearing protective gloves.

We also understand that most of you are looking at re-organising the way your businesses run and we want to let you know that, at Summit, we will do our best to provide you the support you require during this period. It is critical, as the drive thru is becoming front and centre of most QSR businesses.

We will continue to monitor this rapidly changing situation whilst being guided by Government directives and provide updates, as needed.

Lastly, we greatly appreciate your ongoing support. Please stay safe and well during this challenging time and our thoughts are with anyone who has been impacted by this virus.
