But what is mindfulness? In a nutshell, mindfulness is awareness in the present, a moment-by-moment focus. It’s also not time-consuming, so it is easy to incorporate into our everyday lives. Mindfulness can be practised simultaneously with daily tasks and can help us to reduce anxiety, improve focus and develop greater peace of mind.
